—What message does Make Architect’s “Information Centre” convey about the City of London? Does it tell visitors that London is an amazing city with amazing things to do and see?
Will residents view it as a physical manifestation of the City’s self-love? Given the result, I believe that Make Architect’s had all those physiological considerations in mind during the design phase.
You would definitely appreciate that beautiful coastline just sitting on the rocks, but the addition of an intriguing building seems to make things just a bit more interesting.
It’s either a cool building with an incredible landscape, or a beautiful landscape with an ace building attached. Regardless, it’s inspiration in physical form.

A dovecote is an older English term for a pigeon coop, and the addition to this derelict version is meant to be a creative space for musicians. I wonder if that connection will further inspire the musicians to drop that ill shit?
What immediately struck me about the design of the Hill House was not the illusion of an emerging hill or the cantilevered second storey, but rather the decision of the architect to incorporate the forgotten backyard into the life of the house.
